Qualifications:
The successful candidate will demonstrate deep understanding of the challenges of web site design and a passion for overcoming them. Of premier importance are challenges related to:
- Graphic design
- Layout
- Information architecture and navigation design
- Usability
- Accessibility
- Basic SEO principles
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- XHTML/CSS
- Standards compliance
- PHP
- Javascript
- Flash
- Flex
- Drupal (configuration, theming, customization)
